Fostering Integrity Foundation is a youth-led social enterprise founded in London in 2026. We run two programmes connecting young people with communities that need them - and we are building toward something that has never been done before.
Care Community is our long-term vision in Colombia.
A self-sustaining city designed entirely around children the world has failed to protect. We are building it now.
Global Impact Program connects people to bring forth change.
University students work directly with young people to produce real solutions. No extraction. No observation without action.

We work in London and beyond with sixth formers and young adults ready to move. Training, placement, and real responsibility from day one.

How we work
Designer Flow Agency (DFA) generates revenue. When launched 80% of the agencys profits is dedicated to FIF starting 2028.
Not dependent
A foundation built on donations alone is fragile. Ours sustains itself, yet funding helps support significantly. Starting 2028 the foundation will be self-sustaining.
Legally structured
UK Company Limited by Guarantee so that employees are paid a fair rate only from the web design agency- no grant funding is used for salaries. Soon to be Colombian ESAL. Current asset lock so salaries occur after deployment.
We chose to make a change
153 million children without families. Wars. Disasters. Systemic failure everywhere. So do what you can, the smallest change has a great impact.
Complacency
People with resources and knowledge saw the problem. They did nothing.
We stopped waiting
We built a foundation that funds itself. Real outputs. Real change.

Our people

We are currently underway of setting up an advisory board. Once the board is settled, then we embark on partnering with a safeguarding nonprofit travel agency.
